Victoria Falls Extension to South Africa

We bid South Africa a fond farewell today, as we depart Cape Town for our flights to Zimbabwe and Victoria Falls.

On arrival in Zimbabwe, we transfer to the hotel and have some time at leisure.

Today is a spectacular day with a full-day tour of Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Wonders of the Natural World. As we explore this iconic waterfall, we will learn about its creation and geology, the unique eco-system of the rainforest, and the daring exploits of colonial explorers.We’ll also discover the magical local legends surrounding “The Smoke that Thunders”.

Our tour guides will ensure we have the best photographic opportunities of this World Heritage Site, while sharing fascinating facts and stories about the falls.

Later, we will enjoy a refreshing drink before settling down on the top floor of the vessel for a sunset cruise. As the sun sets we will indulge in some nibbles while we take in one of Victoria Falls’ famous sunsets.

Following the sunset, we will proceed to the lower deck, where an incredible seven-course dinner awaits us. 

Today is yours to savor at leisure in this incredible location. Unwind midst the hotel's facilities or marvel at the natural wonders that surround you, creating lasting memories. As the day unfolds, we will gather for a farewell meal that promises to be unforgettable in the evening.

This evening, we will come together for a memorable farewell dinner, savoring the finest traditional Zimbabwean cuisine while immersing ourselves in the rich cultural experience of vibrant music and entertainment. 

After breakfast today we will say farewell to Africa as you are transferred to the airport for your onwards flight home.
